Good to know
A report is required even if nothing changed.
The annual report is not a financial statement, is required whether or not you need to make changes, and keeps the entity 'active' with the Department of State. If the business has closed you do not file the annual report, but you must file to dissolve or withdraw.

Pay by check: mail by May 1.
Check or money order payment vouchers must be postmarked and mailed on or before May 1 to avoid the late fee. For 2026 the last day to pay by check before dissolution was September 18 and by credit card September 25 (2026 dates only).
