About this guide
Business Filing Calendar is an independent, free guide that puts annual report deadlines, fees and closing steps for the states listed in the footer in one place (six New England states as the launch region, plus others as they are researched), with a link to the official source and a 'last verified' date on each fact.
What this is not
- Not legal or tax advice, and not a law firm, CPA, or registered agent service.
- Not a government site and not affiliated with any state agency, the IRS, or FinCEN.
- Not complete. It covers annual reports and closing steps for LLCs and corporations, plus the basics of NH business taxes. It does not cover every entity type, industry license, or local permit.
- Not guaranteed current. Fees and dates change. Check the official link.
How facts are checked
Facts are read from state agency or legislature pages (see Sources). Items marked 'search excerpt' were seen in a search result excerpt and need to be re-checked on the page. The due date finder computes dates from the state's published rule; where the state publishes a rule instead of a fixed date (for example, '2.5 months after fiscal year end') the tool says it is computed.
Corrections
If a fact is wrong, the official source linked on that item controls. Suggest a correction (opens your email app; no form or tracking).
This site is general information compiled from official sources. It is not legal or tax advice and is not a government site. Rules, fees and dates change. Confirm with the official source linked on each item, and ask a licensed attorney, CPA or enrolled agent about your situation. This site is part of the For Good Deals network and shows For Good Deals branding. It may carry advertising or sponsorships, and any paid placement or affiliate link will be clearly labeled next to the item. Paid placement does not change our facts, sources or listings.
